I am Dr. Kumkum Gupta, a life coach dedicated to mental wellness, emotional balance, and personal growth. My work is rooted in decades of professional discipline, reflective thinking, and a deep understanding of human resilience.

Based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, I work with adults across age groups who are seeking clarity, calm, and a more balanced approach to life. Through one-on-one coaching, I support individuals in developing healthier mental habits, emotional awareness, and practical ways to manage everyday stress.

My approach to mental wellness coaching is non-clinical and supportive, centered on thoughtful conversation, practical insights, and reflective guidance rather than diagnosis or treatment. I help clients discover what works best for them through mental wellness tips, gentle yoga-based awareness, mindful reflection, and lifestyle insights that encourage balance and personal growth.

  • Retired from Research Institute, PWD Lucknow (2020)

    After retirement, I chose to dedicate my time and experience to supporting mental wellness and personal development through life coaching.
